I would very much like to nominate a member of your staff for some recognition for the wonderful service I received yesterday. I purchased almost fifty separate pieces of crockery and the staff member on the welcome desk at Waitrose in Willerby sourced wrapping materials and cheerfully helped wrap each piece!! not something you expect these days the staff members name is Lorraine Maclaine and I was struck by her optimism and total professionalism and willingness to help thank you so much .
