MY HEARTFELT THANKS FOR THE LOVELY ROSES THAT CAME WITH MY DELIVERY TODAY. I had just greeted Phil and told him I had lost my husband last November, and both he and the young woman who gave me my delivery slot said how sorry they were to hear that. My husband loved shopping in Waitrose until he became so ill he couldn’t. The flowers were such a surprise and very much appreciated. Such wonderful caring staff. Happy Christmas to you all.
