The best service from any of the Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Called in to the Oldbury store on the way back from hospital. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had 2 boxes of 50 Timbits and when I asked if I could choose the flavours (as you can in Canada) I was told ‘yes of course, what would you like’ I’ve been refused this service at Merry Hill saying it wasn’t an option and that it was a mixed box. This store will now be my regular choice as the customer care is wonderful. Thank you again to the staff that were in the store that day.

Had the most delicious hot dog on Saturday night -not normally a hot dog eater-with lattice fries. Good price too. I also like like the layout of the restaurant. comfortable space between everyone.Special mention to Uzma - very helpful.
