I would like to commend your store staff who are always welcoming to myself and have been during the last few years when I have become more immobile due to health problems. I travel specifically to the Pontarddulais store rather than the Ammanford or Carmarthen one because there is a general friendliness here but also I feel less of a welcome and not a nuisance because I need to use the mobility trolly.I feel I need to name two members of staff who were on duty Friday afternoon 8th of December 2023. They went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Their names are Ellie who served me at the till and Jacob who made sure the trolly didn't run out of power half way around the shop and assisted me with getting the shopping out to the car.I would be grateful if you would pass on my thanks and maybe praise them for their caring attitude - something which is getting rarer by the day these days.
