On Friday my mother suffered an injury when she jammed her thumb (she broke it) in the car when arriving at the Redding store. When she entered the store she fainted from shock. The Tesco assistant was called Helen and she could not have been more helpful. She immediately got the First Aider on duty who was called David. For a young man he was very professional and kept the situation calm. He stopped the bleeding and got my mother a seat. Helen called an ambulance. After an hour waiting for an ambulance I decided I'd be quicker taking my mother to hospital myself. In the end my mother was battered and bruised but will make a full recovery. I want to thank the wonderful staff at the Redding store. They are a credit to Tesco but more than that they were just really nice individuals. Well done Helen and David.
