After not finding a specific item I required in my local branch of Tesco, I visited your branch at Fleetsbridge. It was very busy and I still could not find the item. I asked a member of your staff for help and although she was very busy, she took time to look up the item I required on her phone, then escorted me to the correct aisle and located the item for me. Alicia, was polite, pleasant and extremely helpful and a credit to your store. Thank you Alicia, I hope you are given a pat on the back by the management.

I upgraded my mobile phone which is on a contract from Tesco from their head office. I am 70 years old and was befuddled as how to transfer data from my old phone to the new. I took it into the Tesco store at Fleetsbridge and spoke to the very helpful staff. A very helpful young man took 20 minutes to make the changes and I was once again in contact with all my old data and indeed friends. The service was far above and beyond the service you receive in other stores where once the sale has been made then you are on your own. Well done the staff in the phone division of Tesco Fleetsbridge Poole.Anthony
