Shopped here yesterday, always a pleasure. Most impressed by the offers and subsequent reduction in my bill. Staff always helpful, a special word for Chris S, a lovely lady an asset to be valued, as I`m sure you know.

Tesco Branksome is an excellent store and very well managed. I find them a little tricky when it comes to special offers. A simple example would be items of 50p each being on special offer of 4 for £2. The staff do not have the answer as I guess these offers are computer generated. A staple like frozen chicken breasts go off the radar and cannot be found. When do special offers end? The date on the special offer label is so small it cannot be read; certainly by Senior Citizens. Taking things back to customer services for a refund can be met by a frosty reception. These are relatively small points and I rate this store 4 stars which is pretty good.
