RE Andy at the phone shop in store. What a fabulous service Andy gave me. As a woman if a certain age I find it difficult to manage issues with my phone, (and boy did I have issues with it). I needed to upgrade my phone as the one I had was broken he recommended a model I would be comfortable using , then took the time to transfer everything from my old phone to the new one, it took around an hour and his patience and understanding is to be credited. I think management should give Andy a pat on the back for the service he gives , he is a credit to the company, such a friendly and helpful member of staff. Thank you so much Andy for what you did for me I am very grateful.
