I have visited a few times and unfortunately the drink is over priced and the staff need a lesson in customer service!I have worked in retail and consumer base jobs for years and the customer is core to any business!on my last visit i eventually received my coffee with no conversation nor eye contact from staff they did have a lot to say but to each other! I felt invisible and wont hurry back.

Visited Starbuck tonight approx 7pm. The place was absolutely filthy. Dirty dishes, papers and crumbs on tables. Straws and paper all over the floor. The sofas and chairs had stains and sticky fingers on them. Not a pleasant enviroment for a coffee or tea. The station that held cutlery and milk was covered in dried in coffee stains, looked as if it had been there for hours. No milk in both jugs and wasnt given a tray to carry 2 plates with cakes and 2 cups of tea. To top it all the ladies toilets were out of order. Shocking place will not be returning here any time soon.
