I called in a week ago to your store and was browsing in the software section.. I had bought a new X box for my son at christmas from an on line supplier not Smyths, and i was having some problems with it, but not being that technically minded i guessed id broken it.. I was really upset about the x box as i was getting no help at all from the supplier and id written off any chance of getting it working right...However when i was browsing in your store i was approached by a member of your software team who started chatting to me and asking how he could help.. This young man was so absolutely knowledgeable and when i told him what had been happening with my x box he took me to one side and told me what i had been doing wrong and he even wrote down some simple instructions for me to follow and hey presto, my sons x box is working fine now.. I was so happy that when he showed me some new games for the x box that my son would like i returned the next day and bought two of them and my son was delighted.I will never shop anywhere else for my kids toys in the future if this is the fantastic level of customer service that you provide, and that guy was so knowledgeable and friendly.. Well done Smyths, Edge Lane, and please thank the young man for me because he was brilliant.. I believe his name was Gary. Thanks again.Mike Gregory
