I made a mistake parking in the car park and went just over 30 minutes - not very pleasant being sent a parking fine.However I was pleasantly surprised when I rang the shop and spoke to the manager about it. He was very considerate and willing to listen and made me feel that I will still use the store-but have learnt my lesson to check signs and validate my ticket- as well as keeping a close eye on the time!!The shop is a good size and handy being near the city.
