Shopping is O.K. but packing into bags is a bit of. a nightmare because there is far too little space in the packing counter.

Shopping in the store was a pleasure as always, but the lady on the till was more interested in chatting to her colleagues than she was with serving me. Her colleagues had obviously just finished their shifts but the rate that their items were scanned through the tills and the frequent stops for a little more gossip was infuriating. Other customers also noticed and many shook their heads in disgust. Please chat in your own time folks, not when you're supposed to be serving Joe public. Very unprofessional!
