Today - Wednesday - I entered the store in great pain from a back problem Immediately, a staff member approached me, and showed me where I could sit for a few minutes. I think her name was Ms Shakespeare. The kindness she showed me was wonderful, and speaks well for staff who are trained to deal with the public. After resting for a short time, I proceeded with my shopping and went home thinking good thoughts about your store and staff.
