I was helped three times today in your Crosby branch ,I couldn’t find the puff pastry and the girl stopped filling shelves and brought me two packs ,I also couldn’t find the sausage another member of staff brought me a pack, I then lost my keys and much later I phoned customer service and they found them for me , I must admit at 91 I do need a little more help than younger people ,so I’m not worried about using Sainsbury’s. Help appears to be always on hand my thanks
