First of all, The Staff ! In my experience they are worth 5 Stars ( at least ) ! With years as a regular customer and dealing with numerous staff, I have always found them polite, helpful, and hardworking. I have often noticed how they are aware and attentive to elderly customers who might need specific assistance. During unreasonably busy times I don't know how they mange so well, and I hope Management appreciate all their input.I give 4 Stars because I am still not sure that customers are fully aware of the Plastic Wrappers recycling scheme - Via a deposit point at the entrance. Never seen any high profile publicity or mention on any leaflets or even receipts. Surely. Head Office has or Should promote a permanent scheme !
