Hi there! This is not exactly a review, but I cannot find an email address for the Bradford-on-Avon store. Well, I have good news and bad news! Let's begin with the good news: My husband and I are ardent fans of your 'well fired loaf', such that we enjoy it so much that we buy one every other day! The bad news is that the loaves are often not 'fired' well enough, meaning the crust is only about the same colour as on any other ordinary loaf, instead of being slightly blackened! I write to ask management to have a word with the Bakery Manager and ask him to leave the loaves in that much longer so that they are truly 'well fired'!! Please, pretty please! Regards, Glynnis Oakley
