I would like to commend Lynne Chivers on the foreign exchange counter on Thursday 16 th and today 18 th November 2023 , when we went in to collect ordered currency the card machine was not Woking and she spent a lot of time trying to get it resolved without success, ,she then phoned us later that afternoon to inform us that it would probably not be fixed until today to save us another wasted journey,I was very grateful to her for this ,we duly collected our currency from her today and she was so helpful, kind and professional, it was a pleasure dealing with this lady as she is in my view an asset to your store.
