Aldi’s newest store opening in Hemel Hempstead was welcomed by over 50 shoppers as the store was officially opened by Councillor Allan Lawson, Mayor of Dacorum, and Store Manager Dave Yateman at 8.00am this morning.
Aldi prides itself on supporting local community groups, and the Hemel Hempstead store has partnered with several groups within the community. The store will be sponsoring the Hemel Hempstead Junior FC Under 7’s and Under 8’s sports kits and is working with the Bennetts End Youth Centre to provide further product donations.
The new store has created 45 jobs for the local community and additional roles can be found online.. Aldi prides itself on high quality products at everyday low prices as well as locally sourced produce.
With Aldi’s ‘Specialbuys’ days occurring every Thursday and Sunday offering customers fantastic savings on a range of electrical and household products, Aldi’s opening week ‘Specialbuys’ include;
Vintage Style DAB and FM Radios (£34.99) and King Duvet Sets (£18.99).
