Despite a monotone 'thank you' at the end of the transaction, the man who works here is always incredibly rude, and indifferent, despite the fact I have been in numerous times; he never 'recognises' me or says hello. I amazed that more people have not commented on this or complained. Whenever I go, I vow to take my custom elsewhere and do for main post office trips. It is only on the occasion that I need to send something urgently that I am forced back there and when I do, I always leave feeling angry and demoralised. It's not rocket science - just be friendlier to customers and you will get more of them. Today, he was in conversation with someone in the doorway to the shop and I had to stand there while they both barred my entrance until finally I had to push myself through to the counter. The post office in Teddington is much friendlier and the one on Hampton Hill too. Go there.
