I visited your St Annes store on the 17th of Dec as I was concerned that I was running out of data and that I only had 20% left. Apparently this is because I was watching Netflix on my tablet at night from my bedroom where the only way I could get a signal was to connect to my iphone and sometimes I even left my tablet on all night.I spoke at some length to one of your assistants named Ish who was absolutely fantastic. You should know that I am approaching 85 years old and no longer the sharpest knife in the box but Ish was so understanding and he even gave me a handwriten page of notes which he explained to me in great detail. He recommended that I purchase an 02 Pocket Hotspot devise which I did and he set everything up for me on my phone and my tablet.I would like to express my sincerer thanks to Ish who looked after me brilliantly!
