I would like to thank Sima in the wrexham branch for her exellent service while being short staffed she was fantastic running aroud the cafe being super polite and giving exellent service ,what a lovely young lady she was dealt with my holdups and keeping costomers on her side .she desrves a medal for the way she worked today and not enough people praise people but are quick to complain when things go wrong , so well done to Sima in the Wrexham cafe 23/7/2021Andy Moore
