Hi there. Would just like to express our thanks and gratitude to one of your floor staff , Tricia, at the West Kirkby store who assisted my wife after she had had an accident at the store. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure my wife was OK even though the shop floor was relatively busy.. Many, many thanks
