I've just been hammered by a sixty pound parking ticket, from the Morrison's car park on Millburn Rd Inverness 12 days after the event! I had noticed that the Meters had been taped over but I hadn't noticed that there were any parking attendants around. I asked the trolly handler who gave the OK to park. So Folks be very aware as it's easy to slip.
