I was in the store this morning about 7am looking for an item which I couldn't find. I asked a member of staff who was working in the same isle if she could help me. She willing showed me the item and suggested I buy the morrisons equivalent as it was much cheaper and just as good. So hats off to Karen who was not only pleasant and helpful but saved me money as well. Every little helps these days.
