On Saturday 14th September my sister June Ingram was taken ill in the café in your store ( Mornington Road Bolton) I want to say a heartfelt thank you to your first aider and other staff who promptly came to her aid. They did everything they could to help her until the paramedics arrived. This included providing a fan, as she was very hot, plus a screen to give her privacy. They also refunded the cost of our meal which had just arrived when June collapsed. Another generous gesture was presenting the lady customer, with obvious medical knowledge, who also helped and comforted my sister, with a box of chocolates and bouquet of flowers. June is still being treated in hospital but is expected home later today or tomorrow.Once again, a huge thank you from both myself and June, and also my sister in law who was with us at the time .
