I went to this Macdonald Yesterday the 31/May/18 with my Husband and seven year old son to grape something to eat, We ordered 2 Big Mac meal and Chicken wrap meal and apple pie with drinks. Was attended to by a Petite black girl with glasses who was so rude just because I asked for 3 Trays for each one of us. Her manners were so bad she was getting so mouthy in front of my son and husband. I just ignored her while she was making a show in front of her fellow colleague. In fairness her colleague did not listened to her but gave me the trays I asked for but had a smile on. I did not want to address her at that moment because I would have thought her manners but being a Mom and a son watching my actions I chose the high road. While we were eating I could see her looking at us in a nasty way where we sat right opposite her. When we finished our meal I went to her and told her in a very calm way that there was no need for her attitude towards us as she can see that we hurriedly eat our meal so we can get out of her way and return the trays. It would be a great idea for Macdonald to train their staff properly when dealing with Customers, because a lot of Parents come in there with their young kids and we really do not wish for our kids to see such rude behaviour and think it is ok to treat people like that.
