Every Saturday both myself and my mom go to the Mc Donald's on the Birmingham New Road. We each have a happy meal, one cheeseburger one nuggets. Most weeks we have to wait when ordering through the drive thru then park up and wait for the food to come out. I have to say on every occasion this happens I end up going in to collect it after a considerable amount of time. The one week it had an entire lap of the car park with myself following the lady saying that this is our order, she said it wasn't. Eventually she decided it was and the bottom fell out of the box with the other being cold by now. When you ask for vanilla milkshake - usual answer is we have none. Bit like a supermarket without milk. I'd have thought that this was a standard item for a fast food outlet? By the looks of it the only winners at this branch are the people that now order online and have a delivery to their homes. This is now there priority. So now I go to the one on the Penn Road. Excellent service, no waiting, hot food and milkshake! Come on New Road Maccies, whatever is going on?
