I would just like to thank Marks and Spencer Fraddon Cornwall for the excellent service I received on Tuesday 17/10/23 , when I took back my son's pillows which he was having a problem with, and the refund window had expired, the two ladies in the gentleman's clothing dept and (I'm so sorry I didn't get your names )delt with the issue very quickly after I had explained the problem to them, quite frankly I was really amazed at the wonderful service I received and would not hesitate to buy my soft furnishings from them myself. Thank you

Nice little retail park with good level of parking on two levels. My only issue is there is only 3 hours parking allowed so if you did fancy a good old mooch in each of the 5 stores and grab some lunch/coffee too it can get abit tight. So if like me its a 45 minute drive to get there it feels a little rushed. All staff are lovely and helpful, stores are clean.

We live at Coads Green. just outside Launceston and found getting there very good by road, approx. time getting there about 30mins. On arrival we found all the shops great, with all the staff from all the shops polite and very helpful. So we will continue to go there and shop. M&S great all round.Good luck for the whole area.

Not enough parking.went 3 times to try and shop never got a parking space so came away.went Thursday drove round a few times managed to park.but won't be going again till more parking.what ever going to be like at Christmas.lucky I'm going to manchester I'm go to Handforth Dean lots of parking there.
