Disappointing experience. Dirty tables, lukewarm food, and rude staff. Not the standards expected from Marks & Spencer. £25 for a poor service.

I cannot thank Kim Duke enough for putting a post on social media that she had found a photo of my grandad and his prayer book in store. This was with him through war and now my mum carries this with her this has a massive sentimental value and a treasured memory for her. We are very grateful and can’t thank her enough .
