1) only get £1 (for 1hr) of car park charge reimbursed. Shopping plus visit to cafe typically takes longer so food shopping here costs car parking.2) cafe temp is way too low to sit in comfort. Winter period will be unacceptably cold.3) if you want to encourage people like me to take my elderly parent there and spend major sums weekly on prepared meals etc you MUST fix two points above and provide couple of chairs other side of tills for the elderly/infirm to rest whilst person with them waits in till que etc. Until these points are resolved I will continue to take my elderly parent to Waitrose where none of the above are issues.
