I went to Lidl crown point on the 11th Dec.I was greeted by a very friendly polite guard who gave me a voucher for my shopping and advised if I needed any help to come and ask me .It immediately put me in a positive mood as it was my first time doing a big shop here .The cashier was equally friendly and helpful .Good manners and happy positive staff really makes the difference to my shopping experience so thank you Lidl
