In Iceland, there is an employee name Fathema, she didn't tell me her full name for security reasons I think, I don't know, but she said there is only one Fathema in the store and that's her.I kindly would like to give a great review regarding Excellent Customer Services that Fathema always provides me and other customers that I know in the store, whenever I see Fathema and ask her for her help and support in store, she is always very sweet and caring enough to provide me any assistance that I need with my shopping or with anything else that I need while she is working very hard in Iceland store. I have personally seen Fathema seriously does kindly serve all customers very well including me in the store and provides all customers what they need including direction to the items that they are looking for.Kindly with all my heart I strongly believe that she should seriously be promoted to senior level in the store, because I always see her working hard in the store, she gives me the chance to have fun with her, including showing humour and she always shows me her big smile and I always enjoy seeing Fathema's big adorable smile.I would always love to see great customer service provider like Fathema working in the store in a senior level, I always see Fathema providing me and other customers helping hand by scanning bags and scanning shopping items for me, she always allows me to have a sweet and caring chat with her which is great, she is always respectful, thoughtful and caring person in the store.I seriously strongly believe that she seriously deserves to be promoted to a higher position than the position she has already got now in the Iceland store for all her great services and qualities like always showing all customers her big smile including at me, assisting customers, giving me helping hand, showing humour, showing fun hard working personality, in general I truly believe that she is a good team player and always a fun person to chat with in the store and I am thankful for that.
