Just popped in this lunchtime for a bike tyre change. Was expecting to just drop off wheel and collect later.Anyway, luckily I dealt with Matt, whom I later found out, is the new store manager. I would just like to thank him for excellent customer service, it was above and beyond and he changed out the tyre there and then whilst also dealing with 2 other customers. Also gave very good advice re bicycle products.Fantastic service, a real credit to any organisation. keep up the good work Matt.CheersTony
