Called in today (8/04/23) for a sausage roll and a coffee. Served immediately by an extremely polite and engaging Gentleman who was a credit to Greggs, as he would be to any hospitality establishment. Just when you're about to believe that pride in your work has sadly disappeared from the UK service industry along comes a star like this to prove you wrong.
