Called into the EE Shipley store today with a problem with 2 phones. The welcome was lovely by a young lady and Fasl, the manager (known as 'P') was absolutely brilliant. He understood our situation completely (my partner has Parkinsons with Lewy Body Dementia so we have to have things as simple and straight forward as possible and neither of us are technically minded. He showed compassion, patience, great knowledge and ability and sorted out our problem, allaying any fears we had. He also ensured that we knew we could call in any time and he and his team would help us. Can't thank him enough as the problem was worrying for us, he fixed it and allayed any worry we had. Thank you to Fasl and the team. 5 star service.
