I just wanted to say a big shout out to Shirley at the Windsor branch - it is always a delight to see her. I have lived in the area for the last 25 years and have been using the Windsor branch for all this time. Over the years, I have got to know Shirley and her me. She never fails to ask after my three children who she has watched grow up from newborns to university students and whenever I see her, it always makes me smile & takes me back to very happy times. It is also great to see that lots of other people clearly feel the same way as you can always hear others talking with her with great affection. How amazing that she has been at Boots for over 30 years and what a fabulous team member she is. Long may she be the face of Boots Windsor. With warm wishes, Amy xx
