Boots Handforth Dean A very disorganised store- difficult to find items and signage is not accurate

Stood at the Estée Lauder counter for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to serve me where I was planning on spending £70. It was a quiet time in the evening yet I was completely ignored. Decided to drive to John Lewis instead, missed out on Boots points but at least I wasn't ignored!
