I went into Colchester today, specifically to collect prescriptions at Boots in Lion Walk, arriving about 12.20. Our doctor said he would do the prescriptions for myself and my husband, and they were there on your system.Unfortunately for us, the assistant said that she was unable to deal with them as she was on her own!I was told to return tomorrow afternoon. That simply is not good enough!!On a number of occasions I have had to wait up the a quarter of an hour whilst they process a prescription. Now I shall have to return tomorrow . Fortunately we have enough tablets until then. We have been collecting prescriptions from Boots since we moved here 50 years ago. Unfortunately, the service is not what it used to be. Regards.
