I went into Boots on Wednesday the 7th of December To buy perfume and aftershave for Christmas presents for my family and had a shopping experience l have not had in many years. This was all due to a wonderfull assistant called Dawn who served me and went above and beyond her duties to ensure that any stress was taken out of the experience. I felt l needed to thank her once again for her kindness and patience something that is very laching in this day and age. So thank you Dawn. The 5 stars are for you.
