On my rare visit to your branch in New Malden I found it most unwelcoming & staff uncommunicative. The queue was extended up to the entrance & no member of staff around to reduce the frustration of he customers waiting. There were staff members in adjacent offices seemingly oblivious to the number of people in the foyer. I am sad to say I will continue to use my normal branch where the customer service is more friendly and helpful.
