I did my weekly shop in Asda this morning and was surprised to find that there was not a checkout operative on the tills and that we had to use the self service till. Majority of the customers like myself had trolleys and the self service area was manic and cramped. Emma who was in charge of looking after the customers here did an amazing job of helping people, she was run off her feet, but stayed calm and friendly. Emma is a STAR.
