I visited today with myself and mother (I am wheelchair bound and my mother is virtually blind). Once we got to the checkout one of your employees (Simon on Till 1) came out, helped empty our trolley, putting everything on the checkout and helped with packing. I would just like to say a huge THANK YOU to this gentleman for everything he did.
