I have just received a parking ticket from Parking Eye for shopping in your store in Ross On Wye 14th July 2017. I admittedly was 17 mins over my time. leaving the car park. But considering Iam a regular customer and spend on average around £70 per week I find totally unacceptable. I spent the whole time in the store and didn't go off anywhere else. I can't help taking a long time shopping as I spend ages looking at the home ware isles and special offers. Not really what I expected to be punished for shopping with you. If this ticket isn't quashed then I'm afraid I will not be a returning customer and go back to Morrisons. I would like a reply please.
