Forgot to bring a pound for a trolley yesterday so picked a blue bag filled it went and payed at the till, mentioned to the guy on the till would have to go around again as no pound , I was his last customer he then said he would go outside and get me a trolley to make things easier for me , I didn't ask he just acted , I asked his name which was ROSS so thanks Ross for going out of your way to make a customers shopping experience a good one because that's what it's all about THANKS .
