Can you please thank Callum and Dan who came to my assistance when I found myself in the embarrassing situation when my key fob failed to work and I could not get into my car. Both of them were extremely helpful and eventually they managed to unlock my car by getting the boot open and Callum climbing into the boot and unlocking one of the back doors. I then was able to open my front door. Again many many thanks to Callum and Dan. Also to the old gentleman who informed them of my problem. I'm aware that both these men were busy and again many thanks. This is one to tell the grandkids! Rachel Barff
